No, we're not hosting next year's D2S FEST at a Cafe, but our cards have been displayed in one! About three hours away from where the event is located, in a small town called Henderson, there is a place called The Gallery Cafe. This cafe is owned by my very own sister-in-law Courtny Peterson and her fiance, Dustin. They have a nice set-up here, run by other family members such as my mother-in-law and other sister-in-law Tiffany, plus help from the rest of the fam. We took a surprise trip down there last week to see how they were doing on their fifth day in business, and to my surprise, they had this located at every table in the cafe: D2S FEST '09 cards to decorate every desk at the cafe, and no I didn't request them to be there. It's cool to see how much support we're getting for this not only from my family, but other churches and friends we've been contacting in this whole process. The fam said people have been taking these cards, interested in the event. With that all said, I enjoyed a good potato soup and "South of the Border" entree at their lovely cafe. This is SA's official endorsement to go check this place out and tell them I sent you!
